What is included in the monthly package?
The approved monthly scope covers one Amazon marketplace, up to 50 active SKUs, 25 listing credits after payment verification, up to 10 Amazon support cases, up to 30 customer-service, order or return cases, two FBA shipment-plan preparation and coordination requests, account-health monitoring and a monthly activity summary.
Are 25 listing credits added automatically?
No automatic recurring grant is claimed. After each successful monthly payment verification, BridgeWork activates the paid service period and grants the 25 included credits once through the existing approved wallet and ledger process, with duplicate-grant controls.
Does BridgeWork pay for two FBA shipments?
The package includes two FBA shipment-plan preparation and coordination requests. Freight, packaging, labels, inventory, fulfilment, storage, customs, Amazon charges and third-party shipping costs remain the seller’s responsibility.
Is Amazon advertising management included?
Amazon PPC management is available through a separately approved advertising-management scope. Advertising spend is funded directly by the seller and is not included in the account-management fee.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
The package covers one approved marketplace: Amazon Egypt, Amazon Saudi Arabia or Amazon UAE. Businesses in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman can be supported for operations or expansion into Amazon Saudi Arabia or Amazon UAE; those countries are not presented as separate local Amazon marketplaces.
What does BridgeWork commit to during account recovery and growth support?
BridgeWork commits to the approved review, documentation, case preparation, follow-up and account-management scope. Reinstatement, warning removal, ranking, Buy Box access, sales, revenue and advertising outcomes remain controlled by Amazon, the market and seller execution.
