Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
BridgeWork respects your privacy and uses personal information only for legitimate website, authentication, service-delivery, payment, security and communication purposes.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through the website, project forms, client portal, email or direct communications. This can include your name, verified email address, phone number, company details, country, project information, product data, account-access information you choose to provide, and files submitted for an approved service.
Portal, wallet and service records
The BridgeWork portal stores service requests, payment and verification status, wallet balances, credit reservations, immutable ledger entries, promotional-credit grants, listing-work records, account-management periods and client lifecycle status. These records are used to deliver services, prevent duplicate grants or processing, maintain audit history and support reconciliation.
Google and Facebook sign-in
When you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, authentication is handled through Supabase and the selected identity provider. BridgeWork may receive the provider identifier, verified email address, name, profile image and consent information made available by that provider. BridgeWork does not receive your Google or Facebook password. Provider availability, consent and account-access decisions remain subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, create and protect portal profiles, assess eligibility, provide requested work, verify payments, administer credits, communicate service updates, improve the website, prevent fraud or duplicate processing, enforce client-account status and meet legal or operational obligations.
Information sharing
BridgeWork does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary for authentication, hosting, communications, analytics, payment processing or delivery of an approved engagement, and when disclosure is required by law. Providers process information under their own terms and safeguards.
Security, retention and account controls
We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls, including authenticated access, row-level permissions, payment verification, duplicate-processing controls and audit records. Some financial, wallet, ledger, payment, service and compliance records may be retained when required for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Suspending or archiving a client account does not delete its historical records.
Your choices
You may use the secure email-link option instead of social sign-in. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information. Certain transaction, ledger, payment, security or contractual records may need to be retained where deletion is not legally or operationally appropriate.
