Website and service terms

Defined scope, clear responsibilities and protected activation.

Last commercial update: BridgeWork Beta 10.2. These general terms support the website presentation and must be read with the approved proposal or contract for each engagement.

1. Defined project scope

BridgeWork implementation packages cover only the pages, languages, users, contacts, workflows, campaign channels, revisions and correction period stated in the selected package and confirmed written scope. Additional work, redesign requests, new integrations and new business requirements are quoted separately.

2. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate business information, brand assets, product and service details, legal and compliance text, required account access, platform permissions, advertising budget, correct contact data and timely approvals. The client must have the right to use all supplied images and media.

3. Third-party expenses

Displayed BridgeWork fees exclude domain registration and renewal, hosting, business email licences, CRM and automation subscriptions, WhatsApp API charges, paid plugins, stock media, advertising spend, Amazon fees, freight, fulfilment, customs, inventory, external translation, legal advice, accounting services and government fees unless an approved written proposal states otherwise.

4. Payment and activation

Digital Start normally requires 70% before implementation and 30% before final handover. Business Foundation and Growth Systems normally require 60% before implementation and 40% before production launch or transfer of final ownership credentials. Scale and Custom projects use milestones confirmed in the proposal. Monthly services and listing credits are paid in advance and activate only after payment verification. VAT is not added automatically in this release.

5. Post-launch defect correction

The stated correction period covers errors in the approved implementation. It does not include new features, redesigns, new integrations, content expansion, new campaign requests or changed business requirements.

6. Delays and third-party platforms

BridgeWork is not responsible for delays caused by missing access, missing content, inaccurate information, late approvals, client-side decisions or review and enforcement by third-party platforms. Platforms such as Amazon, Meta, Google, email providers, domain registrars and hosting providers retain authority over their own systems.

7. Advertising services

Implementation packages may include account setup, tracking and limited initial campaign preparation only. Ongoing advertising management requires a separate monthly scope defining channels, active campaigns, reporting frequency, creative allowance, approvals and media-spend responsibility. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client. BridgeWork does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, ranking or return on advertising spend.

8. Amazon Listing Credits

One standard listing consumes two credits. Credits are added after successful payment verification through the existing wallet and ledger process. Listing work excludes photography, image design, A+ Content, Brand Store design, video, professional translation, advertising management and legal or compliance verification unless separately approved. Credit expiry, rollover and refund rules must be stated in the applicable written agreement or approved policy.

9. Amazon Account Management

The standard monthly scope covers one Amazon marketplace and up to 50 active SKUs, 25 listing credits after verified monthly payment, up to ten Amazon support cases, up to thirty customer-service, order or return cases, two FBA shipment-plan preparation and coordination requests, account-health monitoring and a monthly activity summary. Amazon PPC management is excluded unless purchased separately. BridgeWork does not pay Amazon fees, freight, packaging, inventory, fulfilment, storage, customs or third-party shipping charges.

10. Amazon authority and no guarantees

Amazon retains final authority over seller accounts, listings, cases, policy decisions, reinstatement and marketplace access. BridgeWork does not guarantee account approval or reinstatement, removal of warnings, listing approval, sales, revenue, ranking, Buy Box performance, advertising results or profitability.

11. Written agreements and legal review

A signed contract, approved proposal or written project agreement overrides these general website Terms where they conflict. These website Terms require final review by qualified Egyptian legal counsel and do not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.
