Client case · BQueen

Turning a beauty-salon website into a connected customer and booking journey.

BridgeWork designed BQueen as a digital service experience that connects discovery, service guidance, bilingual content, local presence and live appointment booking for a women's beauty salon in Cairo.

The service-business challenge

A service business needs more than a polished online brochure.

Appointment-led businesses need customers to understand services, choose the right route, see practical information and move into booking without relying on a chain of messages. BQueen was structured around that operating reality rather than treating the website, content and booking as separate experiences.

The connected customer journey

Discover → choose → book → confirm.

The commercial value is not a single feature. It is the continuity between understanding the service and taking the next operational step.

01

Discover

Structured service, pricing, specialist and location content gives customers a clear place to understand the salon before contacting the team.

02

Choose

Service categories, beauty journeys and specialist guidance help customers move from a general need to the most relevant next step.

03

Book

Enabled services can move into a focused booking flow that uses real availability from BQueen's operating schedule.

04

Confirm

The booking reference appears only after successful persistence, while Pay at Salon remains the current launch payment method.

What was built

A digital operating layer for an appointment-led service business.

Each part of the experience has a business role: help customers understand, reduce friction before booking and connect the public website to the appointment journey.

Digital brand presence

A premium customer-facing experience built around a beauty-service business rather than a generic corporate template.

Service discovery

Service categories, indicative prices, preparation guidance and related paths turn scattered information into a structured service library.

Connected booking

Customers can move from an enabled service into a live-schedule booking flow without a mandatory account at launch.

Arabic + English

Separate Arabic and English customer journeys support local and regional audiences with consistent service information.

Local discovery foundation

Location, Mohandessin and Cairo context are integrated into the experience so discovery, directions and booking are connected.

Support without channel dependence

The website handles structured discovery and booking while WhatsApp remains available for questions and support.

What this case demonstrates

BridgeWork designs around the customer journey and the business workflow behind it.

BQueen demonstrates how a service-business website can participate directly in customer acquisition and appointment operations: service information is structured, booking is connected to real availability and support channels remain available when a customer needs help.

The case documents implemented scope rather than claiming a guaranteed revenue or conversion result. Commercial performance also depends on service quality, pricing, staff capacity, customer care, marketing and consistent operation of the system.
